School Council Meeting

MINUTES

Monday 4^th February

· Present:

All councillors and Mrs Milton

· Apologies:

None

· Minutes from last meeting:

Mrs Milton showed School Council where they would be able to find SC minutes on the school website. www.titchmarshprimaryschool.co.uk

· Suggestion Box:

1. A worry box, where children can put a note about something they are worried about for Mrs Milton to read and help with. All agreed.

2. The ramp at the hall to be swept for leaves. SC agreed to do this.

3. Mats underneath the play equipment for all year use. JM to look into costing.

4. Fencing painted bright colours. JM to look into painting wooden fences next to FS covered area.

5. Non uniform on birthdays. All agreed.

6. The garden weeded. JM will look into getting older students to weed on non pupil day after Easter.

7. A lost and found box. There is one in the office.

8. A sign to make the buddy bench more visible to everybody and therefore used effectively. JM to look into costing. SC agreed that this could possibly be paid for by Crazy Hair Day.

9. Swings, slide and See-saw. JM to look into costing and where to put them.
