In the afternoon we learned all about symmetry and then created our own symmetrical butterflies or dragonflies using craft materials. After that we worked with the rest of KS2 to solve a maths treasure hunt. It was hard but fun!
Today is our maths day so we all came in dressed in some maths themed outfits!

Today Madam Kernick brought with her the Galette des Rois to celebrate the new year. Each child chooses a slice of cake and whoever finds the winning piece becomes the King or Queen for the year. Congratulations to our lucky winners for 2020 👑
