We came back after the holiday with a bang! In Science we have been investigating materials and some children spent the afternoon investigating the ingredients of alien soup. They had to separate the ingredients into different containers, without using their hands; instead they relied on the properties of each ingredient. We have been looking at decimals […]
Our final morning saw many sad faces – some even asked to stay on over Christmas! We headed off Big Pit this morning. Fascinating history and characters and a fantastic final morning. We are on our way in 10 minutes – arrival time as expected, but please keep an eye on Facebook.
After our busy day, we came back for showers and our Christmas dinner. The children had a choice of prawn cocktail, orange juice or pate to start, followed by a traditional Christmas dinner with all the works – including Brussels sprouts! We finished with either Vienetta or Christmas pudding. A brilliant end to a brilliant […]

They squeezed, crawled and clambered over many obstacles, […]
After we had showered, we spent the evening bridge building with Mr Barnes. The winners were able to hold 450 Jenga blocks! We are having trouble uploading photos but as soon as we can, we will!
Our weekly reading raffle is going great! To enter and be in with a chmace of winning a small prize, children need to read 5 different times a week and get their reading card signed by an adult. The raffle is drawn on Fridays during sharing assembly. Well done to this week’s entrants:
